AIRpipe Garage Kit · Five Workstations

5-Station Compressed Air Piping Kit

Build a larger AIRpipe compressed air distribution system with five fixed outlet locations for service bays, benches, production areas, fabrication zones and other workstations.

This preconfigured layout builds the fixed piping network. Once AIRpipe reaches each workstation, complete the individual drop with the hose reel, hose, regulator, fittings, couplers or manifold needed for the work performed there.

Important: This is a preconfigured cart made from individual AIRpipe components, not a boxed manufacturer kit. Final installation may vary based on compressor location, total run length, airflow demand and outlet placement.

Five Fixed Air Access Points

What Is a 5-Station Compressed Air Piping Kit?

A 5-station compressed air piping layout distributes air from one compressor to five separate AIRpipe outlet stations. It is designed for larger workspaces where technicians or equipment need compressed air closer to the point of use.

Five Air Access Points

Add dedicated outlets across service bays, benches, machines, tool zones and production areas.

Reduced Hose Clutter

Move fixed piping closer to the work instead of relying on long hoses across walkways or busy shop areas.

Built for Larger Shops

Support multiple work areas and leave room for future AIRpipe branches or additional stations.

Understand the Complete System

AIRpipe Distribution Network vs. Drop Stations

The five-station kit establishes the fixed compressed air distribution network. Each outlet can then be completed independently according to the needs of that workstation.

The Kit Builds the Fixed AIRpipe Network

  • 1-inch aluminum AIRpipe
  • Union connectors
  • Elbows and tees
  • Pipe mounting clips
  • Five outlet stations
  • Compressor connection adapter

Each Outlet Becomes a Drop Station

  • Shutoff / isolation
  • Filter or regulator
  • Hose reel
  • Air hose
  • Plugs and couplers
  • Optional manifold

Design Your Drop Stations

Included 5-Station Component List

This preconfigured cart is based on a common five-station compressed air layout. Final requirements can vary with compressor location, ceiling height, wall layout, total run length, pressure requirements and how each station will be used.

QtyComponentPurpose
367' lengths of 1" blue aluminum pipeMain air line, branches and vertical drops
231" union connectorsConnects pipe sections across the distribution layout
301" pipe mounting clipsSecures AIRpipe to approved mounting surfaces
51" elbow connectorsSupports turns and directional changes
41" tee connectorsBranches the main line to additional stations
51" outlet stations with two 1/2" female NPT portsProvides five fixed point-of-use locations
11" pipe to 3/4" male NPT adapterConnects AIRpipe to the compressor outlet
Installation note: Always verify compressor outlet size, combined CFM demand, operating pressure, total pipe length, mounting surfaces and local installation requirements.

After Each AIRpipe Outlet

Complete Your Five Drop Stations

Each station can be configured differently depending on the tool, process and work area it serves.

Five Stations Can Serve Five Different Jobs

A service bay may require a high-flow impact setup while another station may serve a bench, blow gun or finishing area. Configure each drop around its actual CFM, PSI, hose and connection requirements.

Where a 5-Station Air Piping Layout Works Best

Multi-Bay Service Shops

Place compressed air close to service bays, lifts, tire stations, inspection areas and common tool zones.

Fabrication & Production Areas

Supply pneumatic tools, finishing areas, workbenches and production equipment across several work zones.

Maintenance Departments

Give technicians fixed air access throughout repair areas instead of relying on one central outlet.

How Do You Plan a 5-Station Compressed Air System?

Start by identifying where compressed air is needed, which tools or machines will use each station, and how many may operate at the same time.

For larger layouts, compressor capacity, pipe diameter, total run length and pressure drop become increasingly important. Size the system around combined airflow demand rather than simply the number of outlets.

Why Use Aluminum Pipe for a 5-Station Air System?

Aluminum compressed air piping is lightweight, corrosion resistant and modular. Those characteristics make it well suited to larger multi-station layouts that may need future modifications or expansion.

Recommended Air Compressors for a 5-Station Garage or Shop System

A five-station system does not automatically require a particular compressor size. Select the compressor based on tool CFM, operating pressure, duty cycle and simultaneous demand.
