Do you price match?

Our pricing reflects the maximum available discounts on our inventory. 

Do you charge sales tax?

AirCompressors.com are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to all states except Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

All product information is listed with each of our products on the site. Please click on the product and note the additional information and attributes listed. You can go to our Resource section to see additional product information, or Contact our knowledgeable staff for assistance on making the best purchase.

Account & Registration

How do I register for a new account?

You can create an account by clicking here. 

Do I have to have an account to check out on the site?

No, you are able to view all of the products and take a look at the different items and add things to a cart prior to registering for an account. Please note that you must have an account to add items to a list to be saved.

How do I update my account?

Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right corner then select the Account Overview. It will take you to a new page to allow you to add or change addresses or make other updates to your settings.

Ordering & Payments

What payment options do I have?

AirCompressors.com accepts all major credit cards and purchase orders given to you by a sales associate. Please check back for additional options coming later.

Can I save an order to come back to?

Yes, you can add items to a cart and save to come back to later. You are able to have multiple carts to allow for different check out processing. You can also save items into a list to allow for it to be pulled off and into the cart once you are ready to check out.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status by going into the My Account section and clicking on Orders. Your order will be listed there to confirm when to expect to receive it. 

What major credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Can I use multiple cards to make a purchase?

Yes, AirCompressors.com allows for multiple carts to allow for check out to be completed with more than one credit card to process based on the amount, shipping information and credit card number. 

Can I pay by wire transfer?

No, we currently do not accept wire transfers 

Can I pay by check?

No, we currently do not accept check payments. 

Shipping

What shipping options are available?

We offer several different shipping options to deliver your order in the most expedient manner. Most shipments over 150 lbs are made using freight carriers and loaded on semi-trailers. Smaller Shipments under 150 lbs may ship using ground shipping and may be eligible for 2nd day and Next Day Air. 

How will I know when to expect my product to arrive?

The arrival will depend on the shipping speed and size of the order. You can track your order through your AirCompressors.com account, under the Order section. 

What do I do if I don’t receive my shipment by the timeline received?

Please Contact Us or call (866) 753-7957 to get any additional updates needed on your account that you cannot find under the Order section. 

Do you ship outside the United States?

AirCompressors.com currently ships to every state in the continental U.S. and is not shipping to additional countries at this time.
