AIRpipe Garage Kit · Single Workstation
1-Station Compressed Air Piping Kit
Build a clean, reliable single-drop compressed air line without guessing which AIRpipe components you need. This preconfigured layout includes the core pipe, connectors, elbows, mounting clips, outlet station and compressor connection adapter needed for one primary garage, shop or workstation air outlet.
The kit builds the fixed compressed air distribution system. After the outlet station is installed, complete the workstation with the hose reel, hose, regulator, couplers or manifold required by the tools used there.

Example layout shown. Customize quantities, pipe lengths, fittings and outlet stations directly from the cart page.
One Fixed Air Outlet
What Is a 1-Station AIRpipe Piping Kit?
A 1-station compressed air piping layout connects your compressor to one dedicated AIRpipe outlet station. It is a good starting point when you need compressed air at one primary workbench, garage bay, maintenance area or small production cell.
Cleaner Layout
Route compressed air overhead or along the wall instead of relying on one long hose from the compressor.
Easy Expansion
Start with one outlet station and add pipe runs, branches or additional drops later as the workspace grows.
One-Click Component Cart
Load the recommended AIRpipe component list into the cart instead of locating each connector, elbow, clip and outlet station individually.
Understand What This Kit Builds
AIRpipe Piping Kit vs. Drop Station
The 1-Station Kit and the finished workstation are related, but they are not the same thing. The kit creates the fixed distribution path; the drop station completes the point of use.
This Kit Builds the Fixed AIRpipe System
The included components carry compressed air from the compressor to one outlet location.
- 1-inch aluminum AIRpipe
- Union connectors
- 90-degree elbows
- Pipe mounting clips
- One outlet station
- Compressor connection adapter
The Drop Station Finishes the Workstation
Once AIRpipe reaches the work area, complete the station according to the tools and airflow required there.
- Shutoff / isolation
- Filter or regulator
- Hose reel
- Air hose
- Plugs and couplers
- Optional manifold
Included 1-Station Component List
This preconfigured cart is based on a standard 1-station layout. Final installation may vary based on compressor location, wall layout, ceiling height, total run length and preferred outlet placement.
| Qty | Component | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| 9 | 7' lengths of 1" blue aluminum pipe | Main air line and vertical drop |
| 4 | 1" union connectors | Connect pipe sections together |
| 10 | 1" pipe mounting clips | Secure pipe to wall, structure or mounting surface |
| 3 | 1" elbow connectors | Create directional turns in the piping layout |
| 1 | 1" outlet station with two 1/2" female NPT ports | Creates the working AIRpipe outlet location |
| 1 | 1" pipe to 3/4" male NPT adapter | Connects the AIRpipe system to the compressor |
After the AIRpipe Outlet
Complete Your 1-Station Drop
The AIRpipe outlet gets compressed air to the work area. These point-of-use components determine how the air is delivered from the fixed piping system to the tool.
Not Sure Which Components Your Workstation Needs?
Use the AIRpipe Drop Station Design Guide to work through required CFM and PSI, hose reach, reel placement, manifolds, fittings and point-of-use air preparation.
Who This 1-Station Kit Is Best For
Garage & DIY Users
A clean starting point for tire inflation, impact tools, blow guns, detailing and other garage projects.
Small Shops
Useful for one workbench, service bay, maintenance room or small production workstation.
Maintenance Teams
Creates a dedicated compressed air outlet where reliable access and organized hose routing are important.
Why Use Aluminum Air Pipe Instead of One Long Hose?
Long air hoses can create clutter, trip hazards and unnecessary pressure loss. A wall-mounted or overhead AIRpipe system gives compressed air a fixed distribution path and allows the flexible hose to begin closer to the actual work area.
Aluminum compressed air piping is also lightweight, corrosion resistant and modular, making it easier to change or expand than many traditional fixed-piping materials.
Need More Than One Air Drop?
