The Quincy QOCS 106 Compressed Air Oil/Water Separator is a mid-capacity, gravity-based solution designed to handle condensate from compressed air systems up to 106 CFM. It uses a multi-stage filtration system to separate oil from water and reduce oil discharge levels to just 5 ppm, ensuring compliance with EPA and ISO 14001 environmental standards.

Condensate passes through four stages: solid filtration, polypropylene oil capture, gravity-based separation, and final filtration via an organoclay cartridge. This process is completely power-free, relying on passive separation for high reliability and low energy costs.

The QOCS 106 features dual ½" FNPT inlets and a ½" outlet, with a rugged, compact footprint measuring 15" L x 11" W x 17" H. Weighing just 12.7 lbs, it’s easy to install and maintain.
