Description

The Atlas Copco OSC 25 Oil/Water Separator with OrganoClay is a compact, high-performance solution for removing oil from compressed air condensate in smaller systems. Designed for flows up to 66 CFM (or 53 CFM when used with a dryer and filters), this unit uses a triple-stage filtration system with polypropylene, activated carbon, and optional organoclay media to effectively separate and neutralize even stable oil emulsions.

By reducing oil content in discharge water to as low as 5 ppm, the OSC 25 ensures compliance with strict environmental standards. Its built-in test outlet allows quick verification of filtration efficiency, while internal indicators monitor filter saturation and proper condensate flow—streamlining maintenance and performance checks.

With its small footprint, low maintenance design, and efficient filtration performance, the OSC 25 is a smart and reliable choice for light industrial and workshop applications using synthetic or mineral compressor oils.

Key Features:

  • Designed for compressed air systems up to 66 CFM

  • Triple filtration: polypropylene, activated carbon, and organoclay

  • Discharge purity down to 5 ppm

  • 1/4" inlet and 3/8" outlet connections

  • Built-in test port for filtration validation

  • Internal indicators for filter status and flow monitoring

  • Maintenance-friendly design with long-life filter media

  • Effectively handles synthetic and mineral-based oil emulsions

Perfect For:

Workshops, automotive garages, light industrial settings, and small-scale manufacturing operations using rotary screw or piston compressors with mineral or synthetic lubricants.
