DirectAIR® helps auto parts supplier earn $122,000 energy rebate

increase energy savings and earn an energy rebate

Dana Holding Corp. was granted a $122,187 energy rebate as part of AEP Indiana Michigan Power‘s Consumer and Industrial Energy Efficiency Program. The energy rebate was a direct result of Dana’s installation of the DirectAIR® solution from Air Technologies®.

Dana was operating an inefficient compressed air system but did not want the high capital expense associated with purchasing new compressed air equipment. Air Technologies® presented them with a solution that enabled Dana to reduce their energy usage by 1,851,498 kWh: DirectAIR® compressed air utility service.

Since 1995, Air Technologies® DirectAIR® compressed air utility service has been setting the reliability standard for supplying high-quality compressed air, providing customers with upwards of 50% in energy savings, substantial energy rebates and continuous operation without a single hour of lost production due to low pressure.

With DirectAIR® compressed air utility service, Air Technologies® installs a remote, complete state-of-the-art compressed air facility, using Atlas Copco air compressors, at a customer’s site. Air Technologies® eliminates time spent on compressed air issues so that manufacturers can focus on what they do best — their product.
