Air Technologies® saves automobile manufacturer $77,000 annually- plus rebates
Air Technologies® has helped FCC Indiana, an automobile manufacturer, save $77,000 in energy costs annually and helped leverage an $84,539 rebate.
Air Technologies® customer FCC was operating four air compressors with independent controls in a modulating mode, which was costing the company a lot of time and money. FCC needed to upgrade its compressor control systems in order to save on energy costs.
Air Technologies® walked through FCC’s manufacturing facility with plant engineers and performed an audit on its compressed air system. After analyzing the data, Air Technologies® installed its ManagAIR® monitoring and control system on the customer’s Ethernet connected PC. ManagAIR®, the most advanced yet easy-to-use system available today for controlling and monitoring multiple industrial air compressor systems, minimized the time that FCC personnel spent in its compressor room while significantly reducing energy costs, maintenance costs and downtime.
ManagAIR® now operates all four of FCC’s air compressors in a more efficient manner. It also shuts off the machines when compressed air is not needed. This new energy efficient system is projected to save FCC about $77,000 each year. Air Technologies® also leveraged $84,539 in energy rebates for the company—an added savings bonus.
Air Technologies® skilled technicians and sales engineers used concrete data to determine the best cost-savings solution for FCC, which they found in ManagAIR®. Contact Air Technologies® today to learn how the ManagAIR® monitoring and control system can help your bottom line.
